Carpigiani Gelato Ice Cream University is recognised internationally for developing successful gelato entrepreneurs around the world.

The Advanced course is for participants  who have successfully completed the Basic and Intermediate Gelato University Courses.

Course Object

At the end of this course you will have improved your recipe-balancing skills and will be able to create an entire menu for a successful gelateria, including traditional flavours, gelato pastries, hand-made cones and trendy products.

Who is it for?

This course is designed for candidates who have first attended the basic & intermediate Gelato workshop and are looking to further their knowledge.
